In a nutshell, we first book a complimentary discovery call to chat about your project. Once we’ve discussed and agreed on the scope of work, I’ll provide you with a quote and my Ts&Cs, which you simply have to sign. And off I pop! It goes without saying that I’ll regularly keep you updated on the progress and will be in touch with any questions as and when they arise. Communication is key.

The turnaround time depends on the nature of your project and the scope of work involved. It’s important to keep in mind that the quickest turnaround time pretty much never equals the highest quality work. And you only deserve the best! So, please do bring a bit of patience and time.

That entirely depends on the scope of work. I generally prefer to work with tailored project fees which are completely individual to your needs and the project scale we agree on. I also offer a day rate. Please note that add-ons, such as fast turnaround times and weekend work, are subject to surcharge.

I usually charge 50% of the project fee upfront and 50% after completion. Invoices are due within 10 working days. Payment plans are available in some cases.

If you’re after academic achievements, then I can offer a 2:1 Bachelor of Arts in English and German Linguistics and Literature as well as a Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency (C2), which I passed with grade A.
